1. Service Description
PVReactive is a SaaS platform for solar photovoltaic installation monitoring and maintenance management. The service connects to third-party inverter manufacturer APIs (including SMA, Huawei FusionSolar, SolarEdge, and Sungrow) to collect, aggregate, and display energy production data, device status, and performance metrics.
2. OAuth Authorization
When you authorize PVReactive to access your monitoring portal account (e.g., SMA Sunny Portal / ennexOS), you grant PVReactive permission to:
- Read your plant and device information
- Read energy production measurements and historical data
- Read system notifications and alerts
PVReactive operates in read-only mode and will never modify your system settings, send control commands, or alter your installation configuration.
3. Data Usage
Data retrieved from your monitoring portal is used exclusively for:
- Displaying production dashboards and performance reports
- Detecting data gaps and production anomalies
- Calculating performance ratios and maintenance indicators
- Generating alerts for underperformance or equipment faults
4. Token Management
OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored encrypted in our database and are used solely to authenticate API requests on your behalf. You may revoke access at any time through your monitoring portal account settings or by contacting us.
5. Service Availability
PVReactive relies on third-party APIs for data collection. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to data when upstream provider services are unavailable or undergoing maintenance.
